Pocket Full of Sunshine...or whatever you have in there..

Afternoon Readers,

I know I said I'd stop doing this to you, but the fact of the matter is I know really nice people that keep giving me stuff like I have my virtual hand out looking for virtual change so I can buy virtual booze and a paper to sleep under. Debra Kristi, over at her fantastic blog has seen fit to present me with the Sunshine award. Thank you, Debra! I know you're giving it to me because I'm big, hot, and my figure has something to do with the Earth's gravitation pull.

Per usual, I must answer the required queries, before I can accept my giant ball of combustible gasses. And to mix it up a bit, I'll try to be serious....

  1. What’s one of your favorite books from childhood? My childhood is filled with obscure books, but I had a serious affinity for the Jonh Bellairs mystery series. I still try and solve mysteries today, but my neighbor says I'll never find out what she did with her husband. Damn you Mrs. Butterbrickle...
  2. What are you reading right now? Adam Corolla's In Fifty Years We'll All Be Chicks ...don't ask.
  3. Which do you prefer, Facebook or Twitter? I love me some of both. A huge fan of the Facebook, but, like I told my mom, "I'll never get off the Tweet. Never! And you ain't makin' me go back to that place neither."
  4. Favorite thing to do in your free time? I've re-read this question twenty times, and I still have no idea what it's talking about.
  5. Favorite season? Summer
  6. Favorite magazine? People ...because I'm shallow and I know it.
  7. What is your favorite animal? I've always admired the untamed beauty of the Monorail cat.
  8. Favorite teacher (and why)? Well, I was home schooled, and I don't want an angry call tomorrow, so....
  9. What is your favorite number?Anything past one, because I only count when I'm eating cookies.
  10. Do you prefer reading short stories or novels? I love both, but I do have a special place for the short story.
  11. Bonus: What's Your Favorite Flower? Gold Medal
P.S. ......This is Monorail cat in the wild.

Ok, I'm done being half-serious for the day. These babies are still sleeping, and momma got's to get some stuff done, like drinking Diet Coke and eating Wheat Thins. Thanks again, Debra! Now, me and my pocket full of sunshine are going to beach ourselves on the couch.

Until Next Time, Readers!
